Who we are

Raw land in,
usable ground out.

Most of the work happens out on open land. Brush and cedar cleared with the good trees left standing. Pasture shredded and smoothed. Stock tanks dug and shaped. Ranch roads cut and graded, drives surfaced with millings, caliche or gravel, and pads cut level for a house, a barn or a shop.

The jobs on our Facebook page run from single pads up to a place with 400 acres shredded and smoothed, plus a front gate and a tank. The photos on this site come from those jobs.

Because one outfit handles the clearing, the dirt work, the water and the road, the steps happen in the right order. The road goes where the trucks will need it. The pad sits where the water drains away from it. The tank goes where the land wants to hold water.

How we work

Plain plans.
The right order.

Every piece of land is different, so every job starts with a conversation about the ground: what is on it now, how you get in, and what you want there next.

You get a plain plan for the work before anything starts. Estimates are free.

Rules matter out here. Burn bans, tree permits, aquifer rules and oak wilt season all shape how and when land gets cleared. Our guides lay out the official rules so you know what to ask.
