Who we are
This website is run by Highlander Construction LLC, based in Helotes, Texas. Phone (830) 328-3684. Email mullins840@gmail.com. Website https://www.highlanderconstructiontx.com/.
What this site collects
If you fill in an estimate form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, the job address or town, the service you picked and your message. The form also records the page you sent it from and how long the form took to fill in, which helps us filter out automated spam. That information is used to contact you about your request and to estimate the work. Nothing else.
Who sees your details
Highlander Construction LLC, and the software used to receive and store requests. We do not sell your personal information. Your details are not rented or passed to anyone for marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on a form, we may text you about your estimate, scheduling and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How long it is kept
Request details are kept as long as needed to estimate and carry out the work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call or email and it will be handled.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. It uses essential browser storage only: to remember your cookie choice and to keep the forms and pages working. There is no live chat on this site at the moment. If a chat window is added later, it will be listed here, it will set its own cookies, and it will only load if you allow it. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Where your details go
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send an estimate form, your details are passed securely over HTTPS, stored as a copy for our records, and sent to the customer management software the business uses to keep track of requests and reply to you.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their own property. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
